My Services

I offer 60 minute weekly or biweekly symptom recovery sessions for $150/per session. Each session offers a calm, supportive and nonjudgmental space to address any questions as they arise throughout doing the work. I will teach you brain retraining techniques, readings/podcasts, and an expressive writing technique to train your brain back out of pain.

I also offer a free 20 minute introductory phone or zoom call. This provides the opportunity to get to know each other, & learn more about this approach.
