Each 60 minute session offers a calm, supportive and nonjudgmental space to address questions as they naturally surface throughout recovery. Thoughtfully selected brain retraining techniques, readings, and expressive writing are woven together to help soothe and rebalance the autonomic nervous system.

Private Coaching Sessions

Designed for moments when life feels heavy, unclear, or in flux. These sessions offer a supportive container to explore thoughts and emotions, reconnect with your inner compass, and gently shift patterns that no longer serve you.

Through guided reflection, nervous system–informed practices, and practical goal-setting, we create space for insight, steadiness, and forward momentum—without pressure, fixing, or overwhelm.
