To begin, I offer a complimentary phone or Zoom consultation.
This is a relaxed, no-pressure space for us to connect, talk through what you’ve been experiencing, and explore whether this work feels like the right fit for you. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the mindbody approach.
1:1 Coaching
Once we begin, I offer 60-minute sessions on a weekly or biweekly basis.Investment: $175 per session
These sessions are designed to be a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. Together, we’ll gently uncover the patterns keeping your nervous system stuck in a cycle of pain, anxiety, or symptoms—and begin to shift them. Our work together will be like a gym for your brain, and a sauna for your nervous system.
Inside our sessions, you can expect:
Personalized guidance tailored to your specific symptoms and experiences
Brain retraining tools to help regulate your nervous system and reduce symptoms
Curated resources (podcasts, readings, practices) to support you between sessions
Expressive writing techniques to process emotions and rewire learned patterns
Ongoing support from someone who has been through all aspects of chronic pain, done the work and come out the other side
